On this page, you select the location within the US where you will be searching for a place.  You can click once a state in the interactive map to add or remove it from the list of locations, which is located on the top right.  You can double click on a region, denoted by colors in the map, to either toggle the selection of allof the states in the region.  Finally, you can use the checkboxes at the bottom of the page to select your desired state or states. 

Once you have chosen your desired list of states, click the "Next>" button to advance to the next step.  You can clear the list by pressing the "Clear" button.  If you would like to define a radius around a particular community instead, click on the link at the bottom of the page.
